1. Start-up procedure

The high voltage value on the spray gun can not be measured by the instrument, so we can only rely on experience. In order to judge whether the spray gun is with high voltage, we can hold a good insulated rod, wrap a grounded wire around the end of the rod, and let the wire gradually approach the spray gun, if there is a high voltage, a spark discharge phenomenon will occur, and the distance between the arcs will be 1cm when the voltage is estimated to be 10KV, and the voltage will increase to the distance of the arcs, and the maximum can be extended to 8-12cm. Be careful to prevent people from being shocked after opening the high voltage generator. Then turn on the paint pump and observe whether there is any paint mist spraying out from the rotary cup. After everything is normal, you can turn off the paint transfer pump, and then turn on the paint transfer pump to start spraying paint after feeding the workpiece.
2. Shutdown procedure
After spraying, turn off the paint pump, stop losing paint to the rotary cup, then turn off the high pressure generator, connect the paint pipe to the solvent barrel with thin material, and fill the thin material to clean the pipe. After the equipment is cleaned, turn off the rotary cup power. Other electrostatic spraying operation procedures are more or less the same, in the operation of the special attention should be paid to check whether the gun with high pressure, whether the workpiece is well grounded, spraying the edge of the edge of the edge must be used to solvent the equipment clean.
